Chocolate Frosting???

One day Jack brought me a can of frosting from the fridge. I just kinda stared at him for a second and said "OK"!!! I figured if I put some on graham crackers it wouldnt be to bad. I guess Im a pretty easy going mom cause I just frosted a few crackers for him and left him to them. When I came back this is what I found.

He decided I needed to join him in on the fun. Never a dull moment with this boy.. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing Sweeter.

My life is good. Im not so great at blogging these days but I have to say its been a crazy summer. I was finally able to go part time at the Bank so Im home so much more with the boys. Its the best.
My sweet baby Hank is soon to be ten months old. He was 9lbs when he was born so let me tell you , he is a chunk. But you gotta love him. I pretty much have a routine with him each day. The bathroom door always stays shut for he loves the plunger and  if he isnt there then he has gotten into the cereal boxes and there are Fruity Pebbles or Cheerios all over the floor. Lets just say the vaccuum is close by all the time.
Mr. Jack is amost 2 1/2 and a busy body. But the boy is struggling with the twos. He is in his tantram phase and it hasnt been fun.  I finanlly , thanks to my mom and sister Kiley, got rid of his binky a while ago and now his vocab is just a going. He says new words all the time. Its so fun. Especially the lastest where his pretends to burp or pass gas and say "escuse me mom" he is pretty cute.

Just some random pictures. Jason and I have now been married five years. Jack turns two in a few weeks and Hank just turned six months. A lot has happened in the last little while. I was suppose to be quiting work the first of June but instead I am going part time In July. Its going to be so much better for us. I will be able to be with the boys more and thats whats important. Jason had started taking online classes with BYU and starts full time in August. He is still as always trying to find something new in work, but Blackers is still doing ok for us.

Community Care!!!

This has been one of those insane months so far. Especially in the last week. Its just been one cold and flu after another. Over the weekend I got my share and stayed home Monday and Tuesday. Also on Tuesday I took Jack to the doc thinking he mady have an ear infection. But all was clear. They did however tell me he had strep throat. But his throat was clear and his blood test came back ok. They gave me a prescription but after a while he seemed ok and the tylenol was working. Today at daycare my sister called to say he really wasnt feeling good and had a fever. So I ended up going to Walmart and getting the antibiotics. I got home with the boys just after six, got dinner in the oven and fed Hank. But I could hear Jack crying, so I went to check on him and he was running at me just screaming. Noticing his pale white cheeks and swollen ears I called Jason to see were he was. Not really knowing what to do I called my neighbors. As they walked in the door and took one look at Jack they said get him Community Care or the ER. They took the diaper bag and Hank, I put Jack in the car and called Jason to tell him where to go. Just as we got there my mother in law just happened to be there too. It was crazy, We sat at the doc for almost two hours. Had I waiting much longer Jack would have started having trouble breathing and things could have been worse. He has been on antibiotics before but they said sometimes it takes the tenth time to find the reaction. My poor son still has a fever and looks as though I baked him in a tanning bed but he is doing much better. I am so thankful to such wonderful neighbors who we love and trust.

The Chicken Pox

We had a great start this morning. I was ready for work and about to walk out the door. I wanted to say good bye to Jack who was waking up. Hugs and kisses when I noticed some spots on the side of his face. I started to check him out and yelled for his dad. Sure enough. its Chicken pox. We arent to sure how this happened but it has.And they are everywhere. He has at least ten just inside one ear.  I had babysat Ashleys kids the night before so I knew I needed to call her. Her kids havent had them yet. A little later, we are pretty much sharing germs so Ashley can get it over with too. Jack actually has been really good. He acts like nothing is wrong. The pictures dont do justice since It has spread since this morning and he looks like a giant polka dot. We were really worried about Hank, but the doctor said it was too late and he was exposed to it, so the poor guy has to stay in his crib most the day so Jack isnt climbing and trying to kiss him. Being home again so soon after going back to work has made me miss the boys even more. Hopefully on day I will be able too.

Jacks Play Day

Gavin came over the other day and played with Jack. Those two were into everything. I kinda just let them do it too. The little bench opens up and they climbed in and out for ever. Then they found a  package of wipes and tore into those. Its so fun that they are so close.  They get so excited to see each other its so funny. They hug and scream. Gavin can say Jacks name already and is so cute when we walk in the door. Sorry the pictures didnt turn out very good. They wouldnt hold still. :)

Donuts Anyone?!!!

It has been so fun being home lately. Hank is getting so big and is more and more alert everyday. Jack as usual keeps me on my toes. I still have about four weeks left of my leave and Im sad to go back but there isnt much I can do about that. Jason has every Monday off so we get to spend another day together as family. Its kind of a lazy day. We just hang out, clean a little here and there and play with the boys. So far its been an interesting morning!!!

Jack has figured out how to get onto my counter. Dad just happen to have some donuts there and he decided to help himself.

I really do watch my kids but this little stinker is so fast and into everything. This all happened while dad was cleaning the bathroom and I was feeding Hank.

He was really licking the jelly out the middle.

He was so proud of himself. He was also eating the marshmallows out of the cereal box too.

Hank and I decided to take a couple of pictures while Jack got the donuts washed off of him

He is such a sweetie. He has been doing so good. We are working on getting in a routine of things and Hank is finally sleeping til about five every morning.

I was a little late with the camera. He was smiling so big.

Oh Jack- Honestly!!!!

Our first road trip with two boys. We headed to Twin Falls to surprise Jasons dad for his birthday. The car ride wasn't too bad. Thank Heavens my sister Kiley has a dvd Player. Jack did pretty good and Hank slept the whole way. It was a short trip but we had a good time. We had to bring down some furniture for the store and in the process got a flat tire on the trailer. Being Sunday we weren't sure if we were going to be going home. But Grandpa Mike to the rescue just happen to have some extra tires that were perfect. The ride home wasnt so great as Jack screamed almost the whole time. We ended up stopping in Pocatello at my Aunt Judys for a break. Hopefully the next trip will be better and a little longer. It was good to see the family and spend time together.
Just sitting with Aunt Jenny and Uncle Scott.-Jack decided to try the Onions at Outback- He liked them so it was a problem when we ran out.
Just waiting on my dinner!!!!!

Grandma Debbie got a new little horse!!-Jack really wasnt that into it
He did ok til the horse bucked a little

This just goes to show how much attention this little man needs.

You have to have an eye on him at all times.

"Im really Innocent- You have no Proof I did it!"
