Three Days Left!!!

Its finally here. We go back to the doctor tomorrow for a check-up and then for sure on Wednesday we will have another baby boy. As you can tell Jack is thrilled. I think he is sick of me being pregnant as much as I am. We are so ready for this. I was done with work on Friday so I have had the weekend to kinda just relax and spend some time with Jack. He really is a wonderful handful. Doesnt take much to keep him happy. Popsicles, Mickey Mouse and his Dad. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot of Blackers. He sure knows his way aroung the store and has made several friends with dads co-workers. Hopfully he will want to make friends with the baby brother too. Wish us luck and we will keep everyone posted.

Five Weeks Left

Five weeks left. Im getting edgy. I keep giving myself little/BIG projects to keep me busy. As if Jack doesnt do that for me already.We or I should say me, decided that I wanted the baby in a differnet room. So Jason had his work cut out for him on Wednesday. We had to take the crib half way apart and move it plus the computer desk and dresser which was in the closet. Then move Jacks room and put that back together. No worries Im happy with everything now. Jason always give me this look of "Are you Serious" When i ask him to do things. Lucky for me he is such a good guy and does them.
 I had today off for Veterns Day but I actually have been gone for a few days. JURY DUTY. Yep I got my summons and went in only to be really called to be on the jury. People say EWWWW and Oh Sorry. But to be honest it really wasnt to bad. I didnt mind. Although its not that comfortable being this far along..

 For halloween Jack was a Ninja and a Skeleton.We had halloween two days. I wasnt good this year with the camera so all my pics are on my moms. But a friend sent me one she took. We sprayed his hair black. It looked so funny. He caught on to the point of Trick or Treating very fast. We took him to Melaluca to see his Grandma and pretty much had to chase him to keep him from grabbing handfuls of candy.

Jason does a better job playing with pictures. I never actually know what happens each morning after I leave for work. But i can always find something interesting on my camera later.

JACK where are you!!!

I never even heard the bowl break. I was just sitting watching tv and folding clothes when I realized I hadnt heard any noise for a bit. The broken glass made me nervous so of course you start yelling JACK where are you!!!!!!

He had climbed on the toliet and into the sink. Clothes on and everything. SERIOUSLY!!! I had just given him a bath and chased him around the house to get him dressed. A phone call to his dad to come to the rescue.

Its September Already!!

Hard to believe its already September, but honestly I dont mind. I love the season change. Fall is probably my favorite time, plus with Christmas next that means the new baby will be here. Im so excited its another boy. Not only do I already have pretty much everything from Jack. I got more from his cousin Gavin who is only ten days younger. I have two sister in laws who have been pregnant with me. Amy had her baby on August 16th- Baby Payge- she is a real doll. So cute. We havent met yet but we are looking forward to it. Bethany is due in November about three weeks before me so one down one more to go and then its my turn. I also have two cousins pregnant too. We are all having boys. I told my Grandma one day that in the last two years she has got ten new great grand kids and nine of them are boys. I think just my family alone is helping with replenishing the world.
I just laid Jack down for a nap. He is getting so big. And so FUNNY!!!. We can laugh with him for hours. He is almost fifteen months. WOW time just flew by. He has quite the personality and temper all in one. We just love him. Jason is so good with him too. I am so lucky to have him. He has Mondays off each week and he spends it with Jack. He has always been so helpful with everything but since I got pregnant and also getting too big to do a few things with Jack or just around the house, Jason is right there.

Guess What!!!!

We spent the weekend in Twin Falls, We had fun.Jack did so good in the car. i borrowed my sisters dvd player and he watched a movie. He would soon just doze off and sleep the rest of the way. We also did his one year pictures and let me just say, they are so CUTE!!!!! His aunt Bethany took them for us and she did so good. She took us to a junk yard some where in Twin and we just went at it. Jack was in a pretty good for not actually taking a nap and just started smiling right off. It was fun. Well actually is was about 100 degrees, Bethany and I are both pregnant and the were these pocky sticky things from the weeds that were every where. We were sweating and our feet hurt, but it was worth it.

The GUESS WHAT PART!!!!! We are having another BOY!!!!!. We got to have an ultra sound while we were there and got the good news. Im so excited. the boys will be exactly 18 months apart. I love that they will be so close. Im due the week of Christmas so that might be rough so maybe this year I will just let Jason do all the shopping.!! HAHAHA. He would love that. I feel like Im on Cloud 9. Im so happy.

JACK IS ONE

Well Jack turned one last week. It came too fast. Jasons dad and step-mom came from Twin Falls to see us. It was nice to have them here. We didnt do much for Jacks birthday. He turned one he really could care less. His favorite toy right now is the tooth brush, but we had fun. We gave him a rocking horse and a few clothes. The horse was actually mine from when I was little. Jason sanded it and repainted it so it looks better. Jack just pushs it around the room. He is still a little short to get on there. We had a fun day.
He started walking about a month ago. He just stood up in the middle of the living room and took off. Since then I find so many things in odd places. Since we found out we were expecting another, I knew at some point he had to get a different bed. My mom found a toddler bed on craigslist. I figured we might as well try so we got his new room ready and believe it or not its been almost a month and he is doing great. He has fallen out a few times but just goes right back to sleep. I think he likes he can just wake up and come find me when he is ready.

So Much to Tell

Oh My!!!!! Let me tell its been one of those months. Its crazy here. This is going to be a bunch a rambles BUT I have to start from the begining.
I really wanted May to be a good month. I was hoping the weather was going to warm up and Jack and I could go for walks and just be outside. As weird as it sounds for a baby,Jack loves grass. So much for not having to worry about a blanket. He sits, crawls and eats the grass. Its pretty funny. Anyway,to start off. My glasses broke. jack has this things where he isnt a fan of things on the face. He is always pulling them off and eventually my glasses didnt fit anymore and one of the lenses was popping out. I need a new exam anyway but I was really trying to wait. Stuff costs!! So I made my apt and about $200 later I got my new glasses. Little did I know Shopko,(thats where i went) could have just redone my frames for free. But now at least I have two pairs. Lesson learned.
So now we are reaching Mothers Day weekend and my moms birthday. We spent that Sunday with my fam and had a good time. Jack did seem a bit fussy but I thought it was just cause he didnt get a good nap. That evening we got home and I took his temp. 101' ok maybe he is getting something. He went to bed fine I figured we would see how the night went. At 1:30am we wakes up screaming. Poor guy. I felt so bad for him. Jason and I were both up til almost five. Seeing how I hadnt had any sleep i called into work and stayed home with my boys. Jack seemed ok and he fever had broke. So I got him some breakfast about six hoping he might go back to sleep. Pretty soon the screaming and crying started again. I just didnt know what to do. The fever was back and now he wouldnt eat or drink anything..... Ok so having Jack first I really lucked out. He really is a great baby. He sleeps through the night. takes good naps. Loves food and his bottle. takes a binky like candy. I dont know how i got so lucky with my first. So my worries started when he wouldnt even take his bottle. I called my doctor and explained our night. We got right in. We take him to the Pediatric Center it about a mile from our house. Dr. Anderson has been his doctor since week one and I just love him. He is so good. So Jack had some fluid in both ears. So back on a med for ten days. But the sad part was that he had a virial infection in the back of is mouth. It was like have a ton of cranker sores back there. That explained why he wouldnt drink. We went back home with some Pedialite and his medicine. That evening things got worse. Jack was throwing up everywhere. it was awful. I called my dad and he and Jason gave jack a blessing. I felt better but our next right was pretty much a repeat.This time jack and I just slept on the couch. jack would just lay there and stare at me. I felt so bad for him. I just cried and said my prayers that he would get better. I stayed home from work again on tuesday and jack did seemed. That night he slept all night. Jason stayed home on Wednesday just to give him another day of rest.
I may sound lame but Jack is just such a happy baby. I really do feel that this may have been my true welcoming into Motherhood. This was really one of the worst two days we have had since he was born. Werid Im sure.
Among other things, our house was put for sale, and we found out we are expecting Baby#2.Talk about over load in one week. The pressure was really on and things just werent feeling right. So one week later we took the house off the market. Im not ready to leave our little home. I love it here. Im really excited about the new baby coming. Im only about ten weeks but i am definetly sick. I was sick the whole time with Jack, and it seems worse with this one. At least with Jack I could puke and get it out of my system. Now I just feel like crap all day. but its going to be fun. I have two sister-in- laws who are also pregnant so the babies will be close in age. Well I know this was alot. Somethimes you just have to let it all out at once.

Kitchen Makeover

These are about a year old but i wanted to put on here what we did before Jack was born. I was 8 months pregnant when I came home from work and Jason had torn my kitchen apart. We had talked about this since we moved in. We just hadnt done anything yet. But i guess he got motivated. I was out of a kitchen for about two weeks. And talk about saw dust everywhere. There were a few nights I couldnt even be in the house. But it has been so nice and it was an amazing change from what we had. I love it. We put in a dishwasher but its still not hooked up yet. We have to replace our fuse box for a breaker box to do it. So more works are in for us. We have been here 3 1/2 years and its been a good home.

Oh-The Joy of Pictures!!!

HE IS SO CUTE!!!My baby is 9 months old. We went to Twin Falls last weekend to see family,and just have a weekend away. We usually stay at Jason's dads but my sister Ashley gave us a discount on a room at the Ameritel.It was so fun (post that later). And of course we went for family pictures. I feel very lucky I have a sister-in-law that does picture. That way when he turns into a stinker, And you have the last minute outfit change and OH YEAH the bottle cause he got really bad. You dont have some lady looking at you like you cant get it together and your child is out of control. Yeah , pictures are great. But they did turn out so really good. Thanks Bethany. I love them you did a great job.

Finally!. I have been saving for this. I ordered new blinds from my mom at Classic Interiors. I
was so excited when she called to tell me they were here. I couldnt wait to get to up. Jason had Monday off so he took down the old ones and we go the windows all clean. Then Jordon,(he works with mom) brought them over to hang them. I can not believe the difference it makes my living room. I love it. Now I just need so curtains or something to hang above them.

ITS ABOUT TIME!

You would think Id be able to sit down and do at least a little update but life in the Cook House is BUSY BUSY. Jack is now 6 months old and doing so good. He is starting on baby food which he is not to sure about. He just gives us that disgusted look like we are crazy. He has always slept through the night but now each morning I find him in a different spot on his belly usually with his butt in the air. Its pretty funny.
Jason has stayed on the go too. Its been busy at Blackers which is always good. His calling in the church is the Bishops secretary so he isnt around much on Sunday and Tuesdays. He has played footballed for the Idaho Falls Mustangs for almost six years and believe it or not practice has already started for them. So for the next six months he isnt around much. Dont be shocked when I say Im not that thrilled. This may be the one thing we really disagree on. :) But he likes it and as long as he doesnt break anything he stays on my good list.
I am still at the Bank. 8-5 is nice hours but Im still alway from Jack too much. With the new year there comes the resolutions. So I started getting up early and walking/running on the treadmill. My sister Ashley works for the Ameritel so I get free acess to their fitness room. Convenient I know.
We are heading to Twin Falls this weekend for his dads birthday. Lets see how long it takes me to post that. HAHAHA!!!!
